The Beginning of the Childhood Experiences Survey in Serbia
Data is being collected to determine the frequency of certain childhood events and experiences that may affect the future life.
Belgrade – UNICEF, the Institute for Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and the Institute for Mental Health in Belgrade have launched the Childhood Experiences Survey in Serbia. The research will be implemented in the period from mid-March to end June.
Data is being collected to determine the frequency of certain childhood events and experiences that may affect the future life. The survey is implemented among persons aged 18 to 65 and will be used to plan further interventions aimed at protecting children against violence and providing support to children and families.
The success of this important and complex survey depends on the response of respondents and their willingness to open their doors to interviewers who will have a clear designation of the survey and implementing institutions.
