WFP urgently REQUIRES uS$3.9 million to maintain UNHAS operations - the only aviation support available to the humanitarian community in Haiti, for the next 3 months. This critical funding is needed to avert an im-minent risk of UNHAS closure, jeopardizing the timely delivery of aid and personnel.

As part of UNODC’s ongoing collaboration with the Regional Youth Network for Central Asia was developed a brief online anonymous survey aimed at assessing attitudes towards drug use, drug use trends, the availability of substances, and related risk factors. The aim of the survey is to help inform future youth programming in the region and ensure a more targeted and effective approach.

The campaign that began on September 18, 2024, coinciding with International Equal Pay Day, and continued until the end of the year, focuses on challenging gender stereotypes and discrimination in professional development, ultimately aiming to achieve equal pay in Ukraine.

"We need more young people represented in all spheres of decision-making — within government, at the United Nations, in civil society, private sector and academia. And they must be taken seriously."
