UPDATE - Prevention and response to complaints of sexual misconduct briefing note for UN staff and personnel in Serbia

The United Nations in Serbia has issued an updated briefing note on the prevention of and response to sexual misconduct, reaffirming the UN’s zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment. The publication provides practical guidance for UN personnel and partners, including definitions, prevention standards, reporting mechanisms and referral pathways, while also outlining relevant UN policies and the national legal framework in Serbia.
